How does this affect me?
Almost not at all. Your scheduled payments run exactly as before. Nothing pauses, nothing resets. One thing to note: Emails and reminders now come from splitpay.com. Add us to your contacts so you don’t miss anything.
Do I need to do anything?
Nothing on your end. We’ve got it from here. Your account, payment methods, history, and settings transfer automatically to splitpay.com. No new account, no password reset, no re-linking your bank.
